As part of their topic on 'The Circus', Year 3 children used the Food technology room at school to bake rolls for hot dogs and make their own healthy chutney.

The choir of St. Philip's walked into Arundel Town today to sing Christmas carols for the retired Estate workers from the Angmering Estate. This is an annual event where the children entertain the community, in the Norfolk Centre on Mill Road.

Earlier in the year both Arundel schools were asked to produce  poems that could be read at the town's annual Remembrance Sunday Service. One of our Year 5 students, Hannah, had her poem chosen, along with Annie from ACE,  by the Duchess of Norfolk

Four children from Year 5 were invited to take part in a day of drama at Christ's Hospital last week.  This was a wonderful opportunity to use great facilities and enjoy being taught by specialised teachers

Year 6 are currently reading the book The Iron Man by Ted Hughes. As part of the Art curriculum, they have made sculptures out of tin foil. The children had to work together as a team to build them and presented them to the class.
